Brijesh Gubbi Suresh Appointed CEO of Ohm Global Mobility Private Limited

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, May 2026 – OHM eMobility, a subsidiary of Ashok Leyland, has appointed Brijesh Gubbi Suresh as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

In his new role, Brijesh will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives in electric mobility services, accelerating sustainable transportation solutions and expanding OHM’s eMobility-as-a-Service (eMaaS) ecosystem. Based in Chennai, he will focus on advancing scalable, zero-carbon mobility solutions through innovative business models and technology-led mobility platforms.

Prior to joining OHM eMobility, Brijesh Gubbi Suresh served as a Board Member at Ola, where he contributed to strategic growth initiatives, mobility innovation, and business expansion programs within the evolving mobility ecosystem.

Earlier, he spent more than six years with Hyundai Motor India as Associate Vice President – New Business Development & Strategy. During this tenure, he led initiatives across electric vehicle ecosystem development, hydrogen fuel cell mobility, connected cars, sustainability and carbon neutrality, mobility subscriptions, leasing, charging infrastructure, digital transformation, strategic alliances, and future automotive retail transformation.

Before Hyundai, Brijesh held leadership roles with Bosch India as Country Head – Connected Mobility Solutions, where he played a key role in building connected vehicle ecosystems and launching new business models in the mobility and automotive technology space. His international leadership experience also includes assignments with Bosch UK and Bosch Singapore across product management, automotive service solutions, and global business development initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Intel Corporation as a Marketing Support Manager for the EMEA region and with Hewlett-Packard in relationship management roles supporting global delivery operations.
