In her new role, Alison will be responsible for leading the company’s people operations in the UK, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives that align with Stone Technologies’ mission to provide innovative IT solutions and champion a sustainable future.
Alison brings over six years of experience at Stone Technologies Ltd, A Converge Company, where she most recently served as Director of People Operations, driving HR strategy and overseeing initiatives that enhanced employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, she held the role of Head of HR, where she led HR policies, employee development, and operational improvements to foster a high-performance culture.
Before joining Stone Technologies, Alison worked as an Employment Coach at APM, delivering government-funded programs aimed at supporting individuals with barriers to employment. She focused on helping diverse groups, including the homeless and those with learning difficulties, to secure and sustain meaningful employment.
Alison’s extensive career includes over 20 years at Central England Co-operative, where she held multiple HR leadership positions. Notably, as Head of HR Policy & Development, she was instrumental in driving HR technology advancements, earning the MidlandHR Impact Award for her innovative contributions to organizational impact.
Her earlier roles span across industries, including retail and training, where she gained experience in HR policy development, recruitment, and employee training at organizations such as Signet Jewelers and Sainsbury’s.
