Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Appoints Thirunavukarasu E as Operations Manager – South West Asia

Bengaluru, India, July 2026 — Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of the Danaher family, has appointed Thirunavukarasu E as Operations Manager – South West Asia, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and customer success across the region.

In his new role, Thirunavukarasu will lead operational performance across South West Asia, with a focus on strengthening customer partnerships, enhancing service delivery, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement. He will also work to build high-performing teams and support the company’s mission of delivering reliable outcomes for customers across the life sciences ecosystem.

Thirunavukarasu brings more than 26 years of leadership experience spanning the healthcare, life sciences, food, logistics, and customer service sectors.

Prior to joining Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, he served as Head – Customer Care Middle East at Kerry MENAT DMCC, where he led end-to-end customer care operations across the Middle East, overseeing order-to-cash processes, supply chain coordination, logistics execution, digital transformation initiatives, and regional service performance. During his tenure, he successfully improved OTIF performance, accelerated complaint resolution, enhanced customer response times, and implemented AI-driven order automation.

Earlier at Kerry, he was Manager – Customer Service, South West Asia, leading customer care operations across India and the subcontinent while driving supply chain efficiency, logistics optimization, and service excellence.

Before Kerry, he spent more than 11 years at Merck Life Science, where he held the role of Manager – Major Customer & Dealer Management, overseeing order management, supply chain operations, dealer management, key account management, and cross-functional S&OP initiatives.

His earlier career included leadership positions at Blue Dart, where he managed key customer service operations and logistics, supporting several leading enterprise customers.
