Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Priya Subramani has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources, India at Analog Devices, where she will lead HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s growth and talent development across its Indian operations.
Prior to joining Analog Devices, Priya Subramani served as HR Leader (APAC) at Honeywell Connected Enterprise for approximately four years, where she led talent strategies focused on building and retaining a world-class workforce in the APAC region.
Before that, she worked at Flipkart as HR Leader for Emerging Businesses for around five years, where she was responsible for talent management, succession planning, and developing new capabilities for the organization.

Earlier, she held the role of Human Resources Director at ANSR, leading the setup of Global In-House Centers (GICs) for Fortune 500 companies and driving leadership hiring and organization design strategies.
Priya also contributed significantly during her eight-year tenure at IBM, where she served in various strategic roles, including General Manager, HR Consulting & Cloud HR Practice Leader, focusing on HR strategy transformation, workforce optimization, and organizational restructuring.
