New York, United States, January 2025 – Jennifer McGrath has been appointed as the Vice President, Retail Talent Acquisition at Aritzia, bringing a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, strategic leadership, and retail operations. Jennifer will play a pivotal role in driving Aritzia’s talent strategy to support its innovative platform and commitment to delivering Everyday Luxury through exceptional people and personalized experiences.
JJennifer transitions to Aritzia following an impactful tenure at Louis Vuitton, where she held several leadership roles over eight years. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – Americas, leading recruitment efforts across the region and co-chairing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Council. In earlier roles at Louis Vuitton, she excelled as Director, Talent Acquisition – Americas and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development, where she significantly contributed to talent sourcing, leadership development, and DE&I initiatives.
Prior to Louis Vuitton, Jennifer worked at Michael Kors as Manager, Talent Acquisition – US Retail (Lifestyle, Outlet, and Collection), overseeing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions, including e-commerce, creative services, and retail corporate. Before that, she played a crucial role at JBCStyle Fashion Recruiters as a Talent Acquisition Executive, where she spearheaded retail recruitment efforts for global brands, focusing on personalized and high-impact hiring strategies.
Jennifer’s earlier career included retail management roles, such as Store Manager at Michael Kors and Theory, where she gained hands-on experience in managing operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving store performance. Additionally, at Neiman Marcus, she served as Assistant Manager – Designer Handbags, Accessories & Home, further solidifying her expertise in luxury retail operations.
Starting her career at LF Stores as a Store Manager, Jennifer honed her leadership and operational skills while fostering a customer-focused culture. Her experiences across renowned retail brands have equipped her with a deep understanding of talent management and operational excellence in the luxury and lifestyle sectors.
