Before joining Zopa Bank, Kendrick held the position of Global People Director at Canonical Ltd, where he was instrumental in steering the global people and workplace engineering functions, partnering directly with the CEO. His tenure at Canonical showcased his ability to manage and inspire a distributed workforce across 55 countries, emphasizing the importance of a cohesive and innovative workplace culture in a remote-first environment.
Kendrick’s extensive HR experience also includes significant roles at King, where he partnered with the C Suite across nine countries, and at RB (Reckitt Benckiser), where he led a comprehensive overhaul of the Global IS target operating model.
