Jennifer Powers Appointed as Director, Learning & Development at Fanatics

Boston, Massachusetts, United States, March 2026 – Jennifer Powers has started a new position as Director, Learning & Development at Fanatics, advancing her leadership in talent enablement and enterprise learning strategy.

Jennifer has been with Fanatics for over three years, most recently serving as Senior Manager, Talent Enablement, where she led the strategy and execution of learning and development initiatives across the business. She analyzed learning needs through engagement data, performance insights, and business priorities, consulted with stakeholders including compliance, regulatory affairs, and M&A teams, and measured program effectiveness through knowledge transfer, behavioral change, retention, and productivity outcomes. Earlier, she served as Program Manager, Talent Enablement, strengthening foundational L&D frameworks across the organization.

Before joining Fanatics, Jennifer built extensive learning and onboarding expertise at Twitter, where she progressed from Learning Specialist to Learning and Development Consultant. She led global new hire orientation programs supporting over 2,400 hires annually, drove a large-scale onboarding transformation initiative, leveraged adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies, and coached facilitators on inclusive learning practices to create equitable and immersive onboarding experiences.

Jennifer’s early career included HR and program coordination roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Phillips Academy, building strong foundations in employee engagement, communication, and experience design.

In her new role, Jennifer will lead enterprise learning strategy at Fanatics, supporting more than 22,000 employees globally and aligning capability development with business growth across commerce, collectibles, and betting platforms.
