India, February 2025 – Kapil Kella has joined NCS Group as Talent Acquisition Leader, where he will be responsible for spearheading recruitment strategies, enhancing talent pipelines, and driving workforce expansion initiatives. With a proven track record in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment, Kella brings extensive expertise in hiring across IT, manufacturing, realty, and other sectors.
Before joining NCS Group, Kella served as AVP – Talent Acquisition at CRIF, where he played a key role in leading recruitment operations and talent management strategies. Prior to that, he was Assistant Vice President at Huntsmen & Barons, where he managed multiple verticals across locations, overseeing a team of 70+ professionals and driving client engagement, business development, and end-to-end recruitment solutions.
Earlier in his career, Kella held several talent acquisition and HR leadership roles across multiple organizations for over 15 years, managing recruitment operations across APAC, Oceania, the US, and Canada. He has extensive experience in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and workforce planning, making him a strong asset to NCS Group’s expansion and talent development goals.
