Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2025 – Arijit Sarkar has been promoted to Director – HR at PERSOLKELLY India, marking a significant milestone in his 11+ years with the company. With over 18 years of experience in human resources, he has been an integral part of PERSOLKELLY’s growth and transformation, contributing significantly to the company’s HR strategy, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

Throughout his journey at PERSOLKELLY, Arijit has held multiple leadership roles, including HR Business Partner, Total Rewards Lead, Performance Management Lead, L&D Lead, and HR Operations Lead. His ability to navigate complex people-related challenges and implement innovative HR solutions has been a key driver of his success.

In his new role as Director – HR, Arijit will continue to lead HR strategy, drive talent development initiatives, and enhance employee experience, ensuring PERSOLKELLY India remains a top employer in the industry.

Before his promotion, Arijit Sarkar served as Senior Manager – HR at PERSOLKELLY India, where he led Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Operations. He was responsible for designing and executing compensation structures, talent acquisition strategies, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring seamless HR service delivery across all business units.

Prior to that, he briefly worked as GM – Performance Management and Total Rewards at Firstsource, where he played a pivotal role in global compensation planning, performance management, and rewards strategy across multiple geographies.

Earlier in his career, Arijit held various leadership positions at Kelly Services India, where he led HR Business Partnering, Strategic HR Initiatives, and Talent Acquisition. His expertise in workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational development played a crucial role in strengthening Kelly Services’ HR capabilities in India.

Before joining Kelly Services, Arijit spent over six years at Accenture, where he specialized in Performance Management, Talent Development, and HR Business Partnering, gaining deep expertise in employee engagement, rewards, and workforce transformation.
