Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, February 2025 – Agniwesh Thakur has been appointed as Business and Technology Leader – HXM at Accenture, bringing his expertise in HR Transformation, Human Capital Management, and HR Technology to the global professional services firm. Prior to rejoining Accenture, Agniwesh Thakur was Director – Human Capital at Deloitte, where he led HR transformation initiatives within the Technology and Transformation practice. His contributions focused on enhancing HR technology strategies, streamlining digital workforce solutions, and providing strategic advisory services to global clients.

Before Deloitte, Agniwesh spent nearly eight years at Accenture, progressing from Senior Manager in Human Capital Management to a leadership role in HR technology. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in implementing digital HR solutions and driving large-scale HR transformation projects for clients worldwide.

Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he oversaw global HRIT systems and analytics, and at Infosys, where he worked across HR consulting, human capital management, and talent strategy in multiple international markets, including the United States and India.
