Melville, New York, United States, February 2025 – AIP Publishing has appointed Erin Mulanaphy as the new Head of People and Culture, bringing over two decades of experience in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational transformation. In this role, she will oversee HR strategy, culture-building, and workforce engagement to support AIP Publishing’s mission of advancing research communication in the physical sciences.
Prior to joining AIP Publishing, Erin Mulanaphy served as Chief People & Culture Officer at Plan International USA, where she played a pivotal role in transforming HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and driving DEI-focused initiatives. Her leadership efforts resulted in a 21% improvement in engagement scores and a 19% increase in diversity hiring.
Before that, she held multiple senior HR leadership roles at Plan International USA, including Interim Chief of Human Resources and Senior Director of Human Resources, where she led global talent mobility programs, total rewards strategy, and HR process automation.
Earlier in her career, Erin Mulanaphy worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where she successfully led cultural change initiatives and streamlined HR processes during major organizational transformations.
With her strong expertise in strategic HR leadership, change management, and workforce development, she is well-positioned to elevate AIP Publishing’s people and culture strategy, ensuring an inclusive, high-performing, and engaged workforce.
