Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Lodha has promoted Pradnya PC to the role of General Manager – Talent Acquisition (Leadership Hiring, TA Transformation, Tech and Data), recognizing her long-standing contribution to leadership hiring, recruitment transformation, talent strategy, and data-driven talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.
In her expanded role, Pradnya PC will continue to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives with a strong focus on leadership hiring, recruitment transformation, talent acquisition technology, analytics, and data-driven hiring capabilities as Lodha continues to strengthen its position as one of India’s leading real estate brands.
Pradnya PC has been associated with Lodha for more than 15 years, steadily progressing through multiple talent acquisition leadership roles across the organization. Prior to her current elevation, she served as Deputy General Manager – Talent Acquisition, where she played a key role in strengthening leadership hiring strategies and talent acquisition operations across multiple business functions.
Earlier, she held the role of AGM – Talent Acquisition, leading mid and senior-level hiring across critical functions including Sales, Legal, Procurement, Accounts & Finance, while also driving leadership hiring initiatives and strategic recruitment programs.
During her earlier tenure with Lodha, she served as Manager – Talent Acquisition, Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition, and Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition, contributing extensively to hiring, onboarding, process improvement, and recruitment transformation initiatives across construction, project management, procurement, contracts, commercial, and planning functions.
Before joining Lodha, Pradnya PC worked with Maxima Placement Consultants as Team Leader – Recruitment, where she managed a recruitment team serving clients across IT, banking, KPO, and call center sectors.
