Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Deepan Raje has been appointed as the Head of HR Tech Transformation & Strategy at IIFL Finance. In this role, he will drive digital transformation within the HR function, focusing on leveraging technology to enhance employee experiences, streamline HR operations, and integrate innovative workforce solutions. His appointment aligns with IIFL Finance’s vision of creating a future-ready, technology-driven HR ecosystem.
Deepan Raje brings a wealth of experience in human resources and HR technology strategy. Before rejoining IIFL Finance, he was the Vice President – Human Resources at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he played a key role in talent management and HR transformation for nearly two years. His previous stint at IIFL (India Infoline Group) spanned over four years, during which he led as Head of Human Resources, driving HR strategies aligned with business growth.
Earlier in his career, Deepan held leadership positions at Kotak Securities, where he served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, overseeing talent acquisition and HR business partnering. He also worked at Bombay Realty as Manager – HR, and at Cushman & Wakefield as Deputy Manager – HR, where he contributed to HR operations and talent management. His early career includes roles at Expertiz – Human Asset Management as Head – Talent Acquisition, and at Phones4u in the UK, where he gained valuable experience in business development.
