Gary has been with GEP Worldwide for nearly six years, previously serving as Senior Director – Human Resources in both New Jersey and London, where he played a key role in shaping HR policies, talent strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.

Before that, he held roles as Director – Human Resources and Senior Director – Human Resources, demonstrating his ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives on a global scale.

Prior to joining GEP, Gary spent eight years at Genpact, where he led Talent Acquisition & Resourcing for the UK & Europe, driving strategic hiring, workforce planning, and leadership recruitment across the region. Before Genpact, he worked as a Principle Consultant – Financial Services at Badenoch & Clark and Relationship Manager at Barclays Bank Plc, bringing a strong understanding of talent strategy within financial services and global organizations.
