TCNS Group operates garment manufacturing and export operations across Delhi NCR, Bangladesh and Hong Kong and is known for the women’s apparel brand ‘W’, giving him exposure to HR in the fashion and apparel sector.

He also spent close to three years as Sr. Executive – HR at Benetton Group in Barakhamba, New Delhi, supporting HR for a leading global fashion brand with a wide Indian retail presence. Dr Sharma began his HR career as Officer – HR & Administration at Knorr-Bremse in the Faridabad Area, India, a world leader in braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles, gaining strong grounding in core and industrial HR.
