With nearly five years at ivolve care & support, Keeley Denman has played a pivotal role in talent management, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning. Prior to this promotion, she served as Head of People (Region 2), where she was instrumental in staff retention, learning & development, and employee engagement.
Before joining ivolve, she held key operations and HR leadership roles at Mencap, where she spent nearly nine years as an Area Operations Manager, Service Operations Manager, and Service Manager. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to safeguarding, coaching, and creating a supportive work environment for employees in the adult social care sector.
