Rachna Chhabra Promoted to General Manager - Head TA, OD & HRBP (Corporate) at Neuland Laboratories Limited

Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2025 – Rachna Chhabra has been elevated to the role of General Manager – Head TA, OD & HRBP (Corporate) at Neuland Laboratories Limited, marking a significant milestone in her HR leadership journey. In this enhanced role, Rachna will oversee Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Corporate HR Business Partnering initiatives for the organization, aligning people strategy with Neuland’s growth trajectory and global aspirations.

Rachna has been with Neuland Laboratories Limited for approximately two and a half years, during which she served as Head TA & HRBP (Corporate). In this role, she was instrumental in building robust HR frameworks, implementing strategic talent practices, and aligning HR with business outcomes across the corporate function.

Before joining Neuland, Rachna spent over five years at Zydus Group, where she played a critical role in corporate HR. As Deputy General Manager – HRBP, she led large-scale transformation and engagement initiatives across the group’s corporate operations. Her earlier tenure at Zydus as Senior Manager – HRBP was marked by key contributions to strategic workforce planning and leadership development.

Prior to Zydus, she was associated with Daimler Truck Asia for over four years, where she held HR leadership roles including Senior Manager – Corporate HR Business Partner and Manager – Corporate HR. During this phase, she worked on HR strategy alignment and transformation projects supporting Daimler’s manufacturing and corporate divisions in India.

Rachna’s earlier career includes progressive HR roles with Prima Telecom Limited and Subros Ltd, where she gained experience in generalist HR functions, talent operations, and organizational effectiveness.

She holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Amity University and has further enhanced her expertise through an Executive Development Program in Talent Management from XLRI.
