With a strong background in public relations, corporate communication, journalism, and event management, she brings a wealth of experience in shaping organizational narratives and driving internal communication strategies that align with business goals.
Before joining Amagi, Divya was the Director of Public Relations at Cleartrip, a part of Flipkart, where she led public relations and internal communication initiatives for nearly three years. During her tenure, she developed impactful communication strategies that strengthened Cleartrip’s brand reputation and enhanced internal engagement. Her expertise in media relations and storytelling helped shape the company’s external image while fostering a strong internal communication framework.

Prior to that, Divya served as Manager, Public Relations & Sustainability at AirAsia India for over six years, where she played a crucial role in brand positioning, corporate communications, and sustainability initiatives. She was recognized for her excellence in communication, winning TATA Sons Limited’s Best PR Campaign Award (2016-17) and the Digixx 2017 Award by AdGully for the Kabali PR Campaign. She also worked at Perfect Relations as an Associate Image Manager, leading PR campaigns for aviation, real estate, e-commerce, media, and retail brands, further honing her skills in media engagement and reputation management.
Divya’s early career included roles in journalism and media, having worked as a freelance anchor at Puthiyathalaimurai TV, where she hosted a show focusing on health, fitness, and lifestyle, and as an Assistant Producer – News & Events at NDTV-Hindu, where she was involved in producing daily news segments and live anchoring. This diverse experience across media, corporate communications, and public relations uniquely positions her to drive Amagi’s internal communications strategy, fostering an engaged and informed workforce.
