New York, United States, March 2025 – Meredith T. has been elevated to the role of Senior Director, Talent Strategy & Employee Experience at Attentive, a leading AI-powered marketing platform. In her new role, Meredith will lead efforts to shape and execute strategic talent programs, while enhancing employee experience across the organization to support Attentive’s continued hyper-growth.
Over the past two years at Attentive, Meredith has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including Director, People Business Partners & Talent Management, Director, People Business Partners, and Lead People Business Partner. During this time, she played a key role in supporting organizational scale-up, partnering with leadership to design talent frameworks, and aligning people strategies with business growth.

Prior to joining Attentive, Meredith worked at Blend, where she contributed to HR strategy during a period of rapid expansion leading up to the company’s IPO. She also played a pivotal role in M&A integration efforts and developed scalable HR Business Partner models. Earlier in her career, she held progressive roles at Refinitiv, Bank Leumi USA, and Thomson Reuters, supporting sales, customer success, and global business functions through talent management, performance frameworks, and people analytics.
