Ltd, bringing with him over three decades of multifaceted experience across BFSI, logistics, media, telecom, and education sectors. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the insurer’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations strategy, focusing on building a secure and scalable digital foundation.
Before joining PNB MetLife, Prashant was Head – IT Infrastructure at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where he spearheaded a broad spectrum of IT transformation initiatives. His leadership was instrumental in deploying LEAN IT strategies, modernising infrastructure, and enhancing InfoSec frameworks across multiple geographical locations.
Prior to that, he served as Vice President – IT at Aviva India, where he was responsible for infrastructure management, digital transformation, and project leadership. His earlier roles at Safexpress Private Limited and HT Media Group saw him successfully driving enterprise tech deployments, cloud strategy implementations, and large-scale digital overhauls that directly impacted business efficiency.
With proven expertise in aligning technology initiatives to business goals, Prashant‘s appointment marks a strategic move by PNB MetLife to reinforce its technology backbone. His extensive industry knowledge and leadership acumen are expected to play a vital role in enhancing the insurer’s digital capabilities and future-proofing its IT operations.
