Stitch Fix, Inc., the premier online personal styling service, is excited to announce the appointment of Lillian Rizkallah Reaume as the company’s new Chief People Officer. With a distinguished career spanning various leadership roles, most recently at Rubrik, a cybersecurity leader, and prior positions at Amazon, BlackBerry, and Ford Motor Company, Reaume brings a wealth of experience to Stitch Fix.
In her new role, Reaume will oversee all people-related functions at Stitch Fix, including talent management, leadership development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), as well as compensation and benefits, and enhancing the employee experience. Reporting directly to CEO Matt Baer, Reaume’s appointment underscores Stitch Fix’s commitment to fostering a high-performance culture and advancing the company’s transformation efforts.

Lillian Reaume joins a cadre of experienced leaders at Stitch Fix, including Chief Product and Technology Officer Tony Bacos, who joined the company in November of the previous year after roles at Frontdoor and Amazon Fashion, and Danit Marquardt, Vice President of Communications, who joined in December following her tenure at Serta Simmons Bedding and Mattel.
This strategic appointment marks a significant step for Stitch Fix as the company continues to innovate and transform the personal styling and shopping experience for millions across North America.
