Prior to this, Sanjeev Bhandari served as Executive Vice President – Sales and Strategy at Helix Sense, where he played a key role in sales enablement, global market expansion, and high-level client engagement. He led the development of long-term business strategies and spearheaded innovative go-to-market approaches to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Sanjeev also serves as Co-Founder and Director at Scandron, a role he continues to hold, where he brings strategic insight and leadership oversight to commercial and board-level decisions. His experience spans governance, strategic partnerships, and market research in the drone and advanced surveillance sector.
Earlier, he was Vice President – Global Procurement and Commercials at HCL Technologies, where he led global procurement strategy and achieved substantial cost savings and operational transformation. His leadership was central to driving major global initiatives, including automation and infrastructure optimization, positioning procurement as a strategic value-adding function.
His previous tenures at Accenture, Deloitte, HSBC, and NIIT Technologies saw him build procurement functions, lead cross-regional sourcing strategies, and implement global process improvements. With a career spanning over two decades across diverse industries, Sanjeev is recognized for his strategic vision, stakeholder leadership, and business transformation capabilities.
