With over two decades of global experience in ERP and HCM consulting, SaaS delivery, and digital transformation, Shashank will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s Professional Services function across regions.
An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, Shashank’s impressive career includes nearly 20 years at Oracle, where he led HCM and ERP consulting across Southeast Asia. In his most recent role as Senior Director – HCM and ERP, Oracle Consulting ASEAN, he was responsible for leading complex cloud transformation journeys, managing high-performing consultant teams, and shaping strategic partnerships with enterprise customers. His experience spans cloud migration, people strategy, AI enablement, and large-scale delivery models.
Prior to that, he held senior roles including ASEAN HCM SaaS Delivery Lead, Practice Director, and Fusion HCM Architect, where he led groundbreaking HCM implementations, developed consulting frameworks, and helped Oracle become a key player in APAC’s SaaS landscape. Earlier in his career, he also worked with iGate Global Solutions, IBM Business Consulting Services, and Mahindra British Telecom, gaining hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft, CRM, and FSCM solutions.
