Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, April 2025 – Kannan Srinivasan has taken charge as Associate Vice President – Human Resource at Rane (Madras) Limited – Steering and Linkage Division, bringing with him over 25 years of diverse and strategic HR leadership experience. In his new role, he will focus on aligning people strategies with business growth while spearheading initiatives in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
Prior to joining Rane, Kannan was associated with Bharat FIH as Senior Human Resources Generalist, where he played a key role in driving HR interventions for manufacturing operations in Andhra Pradesh. His efforts were focused on workforce stability, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Before this, he served at Amperex Technology Limited (ATL) in Bawal, Haryana, where he led HR strategy and operations as Senior Human Resources Generalist, supporting large-scale battery manufacturing operations through transformation-focused people practices.
Kannan also had a long and impactful tenure at Flextronics Technologies (Flex), where he spent over 12 years and grew to the role of Senior Director – Regional Human Resource Business Partner. He was instrumental in leading HR for multiple business units, implementing global people strategies, and driving regional talent alignment.
Earlier in his career, he gained formative HR and administrative experience at organizations including Syngene International Limited, Indus League Clothing Ltd, Cox & Kings, and WS Telesystems, holding progressive roles in HR, administration, and personnel management.
