Jakarta, Indonesia, April 2025 – Novi Listiyani has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Tamara Group, a leading name in Indonesia’s real estate and hospitality sector. In her new role, Novi will be responsible for shaping the Group’s HR vision, driving strategic people initiatives, and strengthening the company’s culture across its commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial verticals.
Novi joined Tamara Group in March 2025, bringing with her a decade of experience in hospitality HR leadership. Prior to this, she served as Assistant Human Resources Manager at Bimasena at The Dharmawangsa, where she focused on talent development and employee engagement initiatives in a luxury hospitality setting.
Before that, she was with Swiss-Belhotel International, where over a period of nearly two years, she led HR operations as Assistant Manager Human Resources in Serpong, Banten, managing all core HR functions, policy implementation, and team development across hotel operations.
Earlier, she worked as Human Capital & Development Administration Assistant at Sari Pacific Jakarta for over two years, playing a key role in administrative HR support and staff welfare functions. Her journey with Swiss-Belhotel International began earlier in her career as a Human Resources Coordinator, where she streamlined processes and enhanced operational efficiency.
She also gained valuable experience at Tugu Hotels & Exotic Spas as HR Officer, following her early stints in internships with The Margo Hotel and Hotel Gran Mahakam, which laid a strong foundation in the hospitality industry.
