Prior to her time at The Fold, Emmalene held several finance roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty for nearly four years. She began as a Finance Manager, progressed to Head of Finance, and later served as Director of Finance. In these roles, she was instrumental in steering the financial direction of the brand, playing a key role in its growth trajectory.
Emmalene’s early career includes her experience as a Business Analyst at Tesco Stores Ltd, focusing on the Central European General Merchandise business, and as a Marketing Controller for Luxury Designer Fragrances at L’Oréal in London. She also spent nearly four years at American Express in various financial analyst roles, where she honed her expertise in investment optimization and financial strategy.
