New Delhi, Delhi, India, April 2025 – Richa Saraswat has joined DFM Foods Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing her extensive HR leadership experience to drive the company’s talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and cultural evolution. In her new role, Richa will be responsible for strengthening the people agenda to support DFM’s growth journey in the dynamic and competitive FMCG sector.
Before joining DFM Foods, Richa Saraswat was associated with United Breweries Ltd., where she served as HR Business Partner Supply Chain and Cluster HR Head – North Region, and earlier as Cluster HR Head – North, leading the people function across a large geographical territory with a focus on stakeholder engagement, talent development, and organizational transformation.
Previously, Richa spent more than 10 years at Vedanta Group, holding several key leadership positions including Head of Talent Acquisition at Vedanta Resources Limited. Her contributions spanned across talent acquisition, employer branding, HR strategy, performance management, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives across the group’s businesses.
Earlier in her career, she started as a Management Trainee with Vedanta Limited – Iron Ore Division, progressing to become Associate Manager – HR, where she was responsible for end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, and performance appraisal for critical business units.
Richa holds a PGDM in Human Resources from International Management Institute (IMI), where she was also a part of the Admission Committee (ADCOM).
