In his new role, Venka Reddy will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Centers of Excellence. His focus will be on scaling talent, building future-ready leadership, enabling next-gen HR strategies, and fostering a people-first culture rooted in continuous performance conversations, engagement, and transformation.
Prior to joining QualiZeal, Venka served as Vice President & Head HR at Coforge, where he was instrumental in enabling hybrid work strategies, driving HR automation, and aligning people functions with advanced tech-focused business units like Low Code/No Code platforms and emerging technologies. His leadership contributed significantly to the execution of Coforge’s brand strategy, mergers and acquisitions integration, and employee lifecycle transformation.
Earlier, Venka spent a decade at Infosys, holding global HR business partner and location HR head roles across key verticals, including Financial Services. At Infosys, he led several strategic HR programs focused on leadership development, engagement, talent retention, and performance management across hybrid and virtual work environments.
Before Infosys, he held leadership positions at Bajaj Finserv, CURA Software, and Capgemini, where he drove organizational development, HR process optimization, and employee experience strategies. His early career includes impactful tenures at Indian Register of Shipping, StockHolding Corporation of India, and Marriott Group, where he set up and scaled full-stack HR operations.
