Since joining HDFC Life in 2013, Pritika has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s marketing and customer relationship strategies. Her tenure of more than 11 years at the organization has been characterized by innovative approaches to brand development, digital marketing initiatives, and customer experience enhancement. As Senior Vice President – Marketing & CRM, she successfully led multiple campaigns that reinforced the brand’s visibility and deepened its customer engagement across India.

In her newly assumed position as Executive Vice President and Head – Marketing & CSR, Pritika will oversee the company’s marketing and corporate social responsibility efforts, continuing to drive forward its strategic initiatives and brand ethos. Her role will focus on further strengthening HDFC Life’s market positioning while championing social responsibility programs that align with the organization’s core values.

With over 24 years of rich and varied experience, Pritika Shah brings to the table expertise gained from leading marketing functions in top organizations. Prior to joining HDFC Life, she worked with reputed names such as Aditya Birla Capital, BHARTI AXA, GE Money Bank, Pizza Hut, and Dabur India Limited. At each of these companies, she held leadership roles where she successfully managed brand marketing, digital strategies, communications, media planning, research, and customer experience projects.

Her career has been marked by her ability to adapt to dynamic market landscapes, build strong cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful marketing outcomes. Her elevation is a testament to HDFC Life’s recognition of her strategic contributions and leadership capabilities.
