Marcelle Mogg Appointed as Head of People Engagement (Transformation) at Scope (Aust)

Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, May 2025 – Marcelle Mogg has joined Scope (Aust) as the Head of People Engagement (Transformation). In her new role, Marcelle is spearheading a newly formed team that integrates transformation-related employee engagement, communication, organisational culture, and capability-building efforts. Her leadership will be pivotal in driving Scope’s national transformation program, especially through the development of “The Academy,” which focuses on enhancing frontline leadership and embedding a new operating model and culture.

Marcelle brings to Scope over two decades of executive leadership experience across mental health, social services, healthcare, and mission-based organisations. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer at Mental Health Victoria, where she led systemic reform and capacity building initiatives across the sector. She also provided interim Executive Support to the Community, Relations and Pathways team at genU, helping enhance client service delivery and team capability.

Earlier, she held the role of Group Director Mission Integration at St John of God Health Care, where she worked to align organisational purpose, values, and operations across a vast healthcare network. Prior to that, she was CEO of Catholic Social Services Australia, leading the national body in its advocacy and social service reforms.

Marcelle has also served on the boards of several prominent organisations including Mercy Community Services Australia, Sacred Heart Mission, and the Victorian Catholic Education Authority (VCEA). Her board experience complements her executive roles, deepening her strategic influence across community-focused institutions.
