Austria, May 2025 – Ana-Maria Bura has taken on the role of Head of People & Culture at Airmedtec, a cutting-edge leader in miniaturized Flex PCB solutions for critical applications in healthcare, aerospace, and industrial sectors. In her new position, Ana-Maria will be responsible for steering the company’s HR and organizational culture strategy, aligning talent development with Airmedtec’s global expansion and innovation objectives.
Ana-Maria brings over 14 years of rich experience from AT&S, where she held several leadership roles across talent acquisition and HR business partnering. Most recently, she served as HR Business Partner in Austria, where she played a key role in supporting strategic workforce planning and cross-functional alignment.
Earlier, she led global talent initiatives as Talent Acquisition Project Manager based in Malaysia. She also held roles as Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruiting Specialist, where she was instrumental in employer branding and building high-impact recruiting frameworks. Ana-Maria began her journey at AT&S as Assistant to the CEO, gaining a strong foundation in executive collaboration and cross-cultural communication.
