Shuchi Aroraa Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Godrej Capital

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Godrej Capital has appointed Shuchi Aroraa as its new Head of Human Resources, bringing with her a rich professional background across leading organizations such as HSBC, Aon, ICICI Bank, DCM Shriram Ltd., and Infosys. With extensive experience in human capital management, talent strategy, and leadership development, she is set to play a pivotal role in driving the people and culture agenda at Godrej Capital. Over the past decade, Shuchi has held senior roles at HSBC, including Senior Vice President – HR Consultant and Vice President, where she led strategic HR initiatives and large-scale transformation projects.Before HSBC, she was with Aon, contributing to talent and performance advisory mandates for diverse industries.

Her tenure at ICICI Bank saw her manage business HR for Wholesale Banking and campus recruitment, further sharpening her expertise in leadership and workforce development.She began her career at DCM Shriram Ltd. and Infosys, where she built her foundation in training, development, and stakeholder management, establishing herself as a well-rounded HR professional.

With this diverse and robust experience, Shuchi’s leadership at Godrej Capital is expected to strengthen the company’s people strategy and enable it to achieve organizational excellence.
