Morgan Mantova brings over 15 years of professional experience in operations, people management, media, and client strategy. Her career is defined by leadership roles that combine operational innovation, commercial strategy, and a deep commitment to team culture and performance.
Before joining Mining.com.au, Morgan spent more than seven years at Canstar Group, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Group Manager – Campaign Distribution, Group Manager – Distribution at Canstar Blue, and National Client Manager. During her tenure, she was instrumental in driving business growth, optimizing client engagement models, and leading high-performing teams across digital strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder relations.
Earlier in her career, Morgan worked with Nine Entertainment Co., where she served as Direct Sales Executive, consistently exceeding revenue targets and leading cross-platform advertising solutions. She also played a key role in cultural engagement initiatives, championing the company’s internal culture and peer recognition programs.
Her leadership journey began at Lorna Jane, where she held progressive roles culminating in National Sales Manager – LJ Angels Department Head, overseeing nationwide operations, customer engagement, and people development. She also served as Human Resources & Retail Development Administrator, supporting recruitment, policy, and retail infrastructure projects.
Morgan’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident early on as the Founder and Owner of Morgan Mantova Personal Training, where she managed operations, client relations, and business development in the fitness industry. This blend of business acumen, people management, and customer focus has shaped her holistic leadership style.
