Maria Honc Appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at Körber

Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, United States, June 2025 – Maria Honc has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at Körber, bringing with her over two decades of global and cross-industry HR leadership experience. In her new role, Maria will be responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives across the supply chain division, aligning talent strategies with Körber’s global vision for innovation and technological transformation.

Maria most recently served as Human Resources Director at Körber Supply Chain, where she played a key role in organizational development and workforce planning. Her strong impact and leadership during this time led to her elevation to the Vice President role within just eight months.

Prior to joining Körber, she was with GEA Group for nearly three years as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, responsible for talent strategy, succession planning, executive coaching, and HR excellence across remote operations in the U.S. and beyond. Her contributions spanned organizational design, leadership development, and collaboration with Centers of Excellence.

Before that, Maria worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Tetra Pak for over eight years, supporting executives across the Americas. She successfully led initiatives such as talent acceleration programs, workforce planning tools, and mentoring programs while championing employee engagement and cultural integration between Mexico and the U.S.

Maria began her HR career at top consumer and lifestyle brands. At Mattel, she served as HR Manager for Mexico & Export Markets, leading HR strategy for Mexico and Central America. Before that, she was Human Resources Manager/Director at Nike de Mexico, responsible for talent development, junior talent programs, and strategic HR support for marketing and shared services.
