London, England, United Kingdom, March 2026 — Unifi has appointed Mark Gregory as Chief Human Resources Officer, UK&I (interim). In this interim leadership role, Gregory will oversee the people agenda across Unifi’s UK and Ireland operations, bringing deep expertise across HR leadership, employee relations, industrial relations, operational delivery, compliance, and large-scale business change in complex, unionised environments.
Since taking up this new assignment, Gregory is expected to provide end-to-end HR and IR leadership, supporting operational readiness and workforce stability while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions aligned with Unifi’s aviation services footprint.
Gregory brings extensive experience spanning aviation services, facilities management, and regulated operational environments. Prior to joining Unifi, he served as Senior Consultant, Industry and Workforce Relations, and has also worked as an interim and advisory leader across major organisations and airports, with a track record of negotiating pay frameworks, leading TUPE transitions, supporting demobilisations and mobilisations, and steering change programmes involving large workforces.
Before this appointment, Gregory has been the Managing Director and Principal at Wyndham Gregory Ltd, an established consultancy and interim practice focused on HR, IR, operations, security, compliance, and transformation. Through this platform, he has delivered assignments including union pay negotiations, business improvement support, demobilisation programmes, and people-led change delivery across major aviation settings, while also providing mentoring and consultancy support to Unifi Aviation in HR, IR, and industry relations.
He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Aviation Services UK, contributing to sector collaboration and advocacy for ground handling operators across the UK. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at ABM UK, including Industrial Relations & Operations Director and UK Operations Director and Vice President, Aviation, alongside HR leadership responsibilities across business partnering and aviation operations.
In previous roles, Gregory led large-scale aviation operations and people functions at OCS Group UK, and earlier served as Head of Human Resources – Flight Operations at easyJet, partnering with senior leadership across multi-country flight operations in a highly unionised and safety-critical environment. He also held a long tenure at NATS across operational leadership and resourcing/business improvement roles, and began his HR career with the Civil Aviation Authority and the News Media Association.
