Donequa transitions into this role after serving as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at MTA, where she spent almost two years leading key hiring initiatives and shaping strategic recruitment frameworks for one of the largest public transportation networks in North America. Prior to joining MTA, she held multiple leadership roles at Meta, including Leadership Recruiter for Specialized Tech and Privacy Engineering, and Recruiter for Public Policy & Communications, where she drove diversity initiatives and supported high-level technical hiring across complex business units.
Her experience also includes an impressive tenure as Director of Recruitment at PearlCare Search Group, where she managed recruitment strategies and staff development, and earlier, as Recruiting Manager at PRIDE Health, where she led a sizable team through organizational transformations. Donequa began her recruitment journey with The Tuttle Agency and has consistently demonstrated excellence in executive search, strategic sourcing, and onboarding best practices.
Donequa holds a Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
