Farmington, Connecticut, United States, June 2025 – Lisa Simonetti has been appointed as SVP & Head of Talent at Corbin Advisors, a globally respected insights-driven advisory firm. In her new role, Lisa will be responsible for driving the company’s talent strategy and building best-in-class people practices to support Corbin Advisors’ continued growth and execution excellence.
Prior to joining Corbin Advisors, Lisa served for over nine years as Director of Human Resources at EmblemHealth (including ConnectiCare, part of the EmblemHealth family). Here, she led strategic HR initiatives and played a pivotal role in organizational transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance across the group.
Before EmblemHealth, Lisa spent more than a decade at Travelers in various HR leadership roles. She managed talent acquisition strategies for Personal Insurance IT, oversaw strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, and contributed to operational excellence as a senior consultant and recruiter. Her focus on data-driven talent strategies and operational efficiency consistently supported Travelers’ business growth and technology objectives.
Earlier in her career, Lisa was with Lincoln Financial Group for over six years, where she progressed through roles from Staffing Sourcing Analyst to Senior Service Consultant and Account Coordinator. In these positions, she honed her skills in talent sourcing, account management, and service delivery within a highly regulated financial environment.
