Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2025 – Ramesh Karimikonda has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Cronus Pharma, a rapidly growing global veterinary pharmaceutical company. In his new position, Ramesh will lead HR strategy and transformation initiatives, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s growth ambitions in the animal health sector.
Prior to joining Cronus Pharma, Ramesh spent nearly nine years at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he held several progressive roles. Most recently, he served as HR Business Partner for the FTO3 unit, driving initiatives in performance management, workforce planning, cultural transformation, and HR analytics. He also managed industrial and employee relations, including engagement with trade unions.
Before that, he was HR Business Partner for Sales in the Rural Business and Trade Ops cluster and previously worked as a Recruitment Partner within the same organization, contributing to talent acquisition strategies for multiple verticals over five years.
Earlier in his career, Ramesh worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DuPont, handling end-to-end hiring for their Crop Protection, Knowledge Center, and other business entities in India. He also gained experience in senior recruitment roles at Novartis, Randstad India, and Options Executive Search, where he managed full-cycle hiring across pharma, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
