Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 – Sandeep Kumar has been promoted to AVP & Group Head – Corporate Communications & PR at Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. In his new leadership role, Sandeep will oversee corporate communications, PR strategy, and brand positioning for the group, leveraging his expertise in content strategy, strategic communications, social media, marketing strategy, and brand management.
Sandeep has been part of Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. for nearly two years, most recently serving as General Manager – Corporate Communications & PR. In this role, he was responsible for crafting and executing strategic communication plans that elevated the company’s brand visibility and engagement across various stakeholders.
Prior to joining Epsilon Carbon, Sandeep was Head of Marketing & Communications at MOVIN Express in Gurugram, where he led the integrated marketing and communications function. He also held the position of Head – Brand Marketing & CX at Mumbai Metro One Pvt. Ltd., focusing on building strong brand resonance and customer experience initiatives in the urban mobility sector.
Earlier in his career, Sandeep contributed significantly to Parle Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in various roles, including Asst. General Manager – Corporate Brand Marketing and Sr. Manager- Corporate Brand Marketing. He began his marketing journey at LG Electronics as a Marketing Manager, and has also worked with Vedanta Resources Plc and E2E Serwizsol Private Limited (Tata BPO), gaining cross-sector exposure.
