London, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Joanne Exton has started a new position as Head of People & Culture, EMEA at PMG, marking an exciting chapter both for her career and for the company’s long-term commitment to growth and investment in people across the EMEA region. In this newly created leadership role, Joanne will help shape people strategy and culture as PMG continues to expand its global footprint.
Prior to joining PMG, Joanne was with dentsu for over eight years, holding significant leadership positions such as Resource Management and Workforce Planning Director, Global Business Operations, and UK HR Director – dentsu CXM/Merkle. In these roles, she was instrumental in relationship development, management, and driving transformation initiatives across large, complex teams.
Before her tenure at dentsu, Joanne served as Manager, HR Technology & Transformation at Deloitte in London, where she played a key role in HR transformation projects for professional services clients, leveraging her expertise in HR technology and change management.
Earlier in her career, Joanne spent nearly four years at Atos in a variety of HR advisory roles, including HR Advisor – TUPE Transition and Bid Support, Reward and Recognition, and Employee Relations. She successfully managed employee transitions, due diligence, reward benchmarking, and employee engagement activities for large-scale accounts.
She also gained early experience in Learning & Development Administration at The Walt Disney Company and holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management (MCIPD) from the University of Westminster.
