Leeds, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Rosemont Pharmaceuticals has appointed Caroline Hudson as its new Chief People Officer, marking an important step as the company continues its mission to deliver innovative, patient-focused medicines. Caroline brings more than two decades of strategic HR leadership experience in high-growth, complex organizations across the pharmaceutical, chemicals, coatings, and industrial sectors.

Before joining Rosemont Pharmaceuticals, Caroline served as Chief People Officer at Enva, where she was instrumental in driving organizational transformation and building a high-performance culture within the environmental services sector. Her tenure at Enva was marked by her commitment to employee engagement, leadership development, and aligning people strategies to business outcomes.

Previously, Caroline spent nearly nine years with Sherwin-Williams, the world’s largest coatings company. She held several senior HR roles including Vice President, Global Human Resources, Protective and Marine Division, and Senior HR Director EMEAI. During her time at Sherwin-Williams, Caroline managed global teams and led HR operations for multi-billion-dollar divisions across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India, focusing on organizational design, talent acquisition, compensation, and operational excellence.

Caroline also contributed significantly as HR Director at Chubb Fire & Security Group, a part of United Technologies Corporation, where she led HR for project businesses and developed shared services frameworks for the UK. Her earlier career included key HR management and operations roles at Safran, Northern Foods, and Vertex Data Science, giving her a strong foundation in HR transformation, employee relations, and shared services leadership.

With her extensive cross-sector experience and a proven record of building agile, people-centered organizations, Caroline’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Rosemont Pharmaceuticals as the company expands its portfolio and continues to lead in the development of patient-centric liquid medicines.
