Carly brings a robust background in executive talent acquisition and human capital strategy, with her most recent role as Associate, Executive Talent Acquisition at Cerberus Capital Management. At Cerberus, she was a key player within Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company (COAC), contributing to the recruitment and integration of senior leaders across multiple sectors. Her efforts supported Cerberus’s competitive edge through due diligence, strategic acquisition execution, and portfolio performance enhancement.
Prior to this, Carly spent several years with Spencer Stuart in their Global Retail, Apparel & Luxury Goods Sector, focusing on CEO succession, C-suite, and board placements. She advanced rapidly from Analyst to Associate, working closely with Fortune 1000 clients and supporting senior executive searches, board appointments, and in-depth leadership assessments.
