Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, July 2025 – Jessica Devine has joined Capella Capital as Chief People Officer, bringing her deep expertise in HR strategy, people development, and cultural transformation to one of Australia’s leading public infrastructure developers. In her new role, Jessica will lead Capella’s People and Culture agenda, with a focus on talent growth, leadership development, and enabling a high-performing organizational culture that supports Capella’s infrastructure and investment ambitions.
Jessica joins Capella Capital after an impactful 13+ year tenure at Lendlease, where she held multiple HR leadership roles across Australia, the UK, and the United States. Most recently, she served as People and Culture Manager for Investment Management and Capella at Lendlease, where she led strategic HR initiatives across high-value infrastructure portfolios.
Earlier, she worked as a Strategic Business Partner for People & Culture at Google Development Ventures, contributing to international HR transformation projects based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her time at Lendlease also included pivotal roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Project Manager, and HR Advisor, where she shaped HR systems, talent programs, and global mobility frameworks across regions.
Jessica began her career at The Audit Office of New South Wales as an Auditor and Policy & Research Assistant, developing a strong foundation in governance, analytical skills, and public sector accountability.
