New Delhi, Delhi, India, July 2025 – Vaibhav Bhandari has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Baazi Games, marking a strategic leadership move as the company enters a high-growth phase. With over two decades of HR leadership across gaming and technology sectors, Bhandari will be responsible for driving Baazi’s people strategy across its platforms, including PokerBaazi, SportsBaazi, CardBaazi, and Openplay. His appointment underscores Baazi’s commitment to building a future-ready culture rooted in leadership depth and organizational agility.
In his most recent role, Vaibhav Bhandari served for nearly 12 years as Senior Director – People & Culture at Aristocrat Gaming, where he led the people agenda as Country HR Head. He played a pivotal role in culture shaping, leadership development, and aligning HR strategy with business transformation in the global gaming ecosystem.
Prior to this, he spent close to 7 years at Aricent Technologies as an HR Business Partner, focusing on areas such as employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and talent development. His role was critical in driving HR processes that supported Aricent’s scale and employee experience initiatives.
He began his HR journey at HCL Technologies, where he worked as an Executive HR for about 1 year, supporting key HR operations and early-stage talent management strategies.
Vaibhav Bhandari holds an MBA in Human Resources from Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune, and has further strengthened his leadership foundation with a Postgraduate Management Program in Senior Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur.
