Cairo, Egypt, March 2026 — GB Corp has appointed Dina Guddha as Regional Head of Internal Communication and Culture. In her new role, Guddha is spearheading internal communication strategies designed to keep employees informed, connected, and engaged, while also strengthening culture through initiatives that promote transparency and community-building aligned with the organization’s values.
As part of her remit, she is championing workplace experience improvements and helping ensure that employee communications and engagement programs remain aligned with the company’s mission and brand values—supporting a consistent internal narrative and a cohesive employee experience across the region.
In her current position at GB Corp, Guddha is focused on shaping the internal communications roadmap, building stronger channels for two-way dialogue, and enabling culture-led engagement initiatives that reinforce shared purpose and belonging across teams.
Before joining GB Corp, she served as Internal Communication and Engagement Manager at Etisalat Egypt (e& Egypt), where she drove internal communications and engagement initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to support communication planning, employee engagement, and transformation-focused communications.
Earlier, she built and led the internal communications function at ELARABY GROUP as Head of Internal Communication and Engagement, establishing the Internal Communication Department from the ground up. Her work included hiring and training the team, setting up infrastructure such as platforms, channels, and digital signage, and defining the organization’s internal communication direction and plans for a large workforce.
Prior to that, Guddha held leadership roles in marketing communications, including serving as Director Marketing Communications at Travco Group International, and spent nearly a decade with Vodafone in internal and marketing communication responsibilities—strengthening her foundation in engagement strategy, event-based community building, stakeholder management, and communications execution.
