Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, June 2024 – Abhijeet Das has joined Innodata Inc. as the new Head HR – CoE | Talent & Global Sourcing Partner. With an extensive background in client engagement and talent acquisition, Abhijeet brings significant expertise to his new role, where he will lead the global sourcing and talent management initiatives at Innodata Inc.
Before joining Innodata Inc., Abhijeet Das spent nearly four years at NLB Services. In his most recent role as Director of Client Engagement & Delivery, he managed client relationships and delivery operations, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction. Prior to this, he served as Associate Director of Client Engagement & Delivery, where he played a crucial role in expanding the company’s client base and enhancing service delivery standards.
Prior to his tenure at NLB Services, Abhijeet worked at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. for almost seven years. He started as an AGM, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth by developing and implementing effective resourcing strategies. His contributions significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s talent acquisition processes.
Abhijeet also held a leadership position at Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where he served as the Head of Resource Management & Talent Acquisition for four years. In this role, he led the resource management and talent acquisition functions, contributing to the company’s growth and success by building a strong talent pipeline and improving employee engagement and retention.
Earlier in his career, Abhijeet gained valuable experience at Compunnel Inc. as a Senior Manager of Resourcing. During his tenure, he developed and executed resourcing strategies that aligned with the company’s business objectives, significantly enhancing its talent acquisition capabilities. He also worked at FCS Software Solutions Ltd. as a Dy. Regional Manager of Resourcing, where he managed the resourcing operations for the region, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Abhijeet’s career began at iBilt Technologies as a Sr. Executive in the Enterprise Solution Division, where he was responsible for business development and client engagement. He later worked as a Business Development Executive at Samtech Infonet Limited (SIL), where he gained valuable experience in business development and client management.
