Dhaka, Bangladesh, July 2025 – Shabiha Dil Afroz has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer – Group at Experience Group, a diversified global apparel manufacturing enterprise with operations spanning Bangladesh, the UK, and Ethiopia. In her new role, Shabiha will lead the Group’s human capital strategy across all its companies, including Experience Design Limited (AMIRÁ), Fazil & Company Limited (UK), Experience Clothing Company, and others, with a focus on building integrated, sustainable, and people-first HR frameworks.
Shabiha joins Experience Group after serving as Head of HR & Admin at Transcom Foods Limited for nearly three years, where she successfully led talent development, employee relations, organizational change, and leadership succession efforts for one of Bangladesh’s most prominent foodservice companies.
Prior to that, she worked as Country HR & Admin Lead at Jubilant FoodWorks Bangladesh (Domino’s Pizza Bangladesh) for over three and a half years, where she played a key role in shaping HR operations during a critical period of organizational growth and brand expansion in the region.
Earlier, she spent over six years with Multimode Group, where she progressed from managerial roles, gaining rich experience in talent management and driving performance-oriented HR practices. Her HR career began at Mohona Television Limited, where she worked as Senior Executive, HR, contributing to core HR functions including recruitment and employee engagement.
Beyond her corporate work, Shabiha currently serves as Joint Secretary & EC Member of the Bangladesh FMCG HR Society, demonstrating her deep engagement with the broader HR community in Bangladesh.
