Peterborough, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Loren Eggleston has been promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition and TP People Projects at Travis Perkins plc, where she will work closely with the Recruitment Team and Internal Communications Managers to lead talent strategy and key people initiatives across the organization.
Loren brings over a decade of HR leadership experience at Travis Perkins, having most recently served as HR Business Partner for the South East, South West, and Wales regions, supporting branches, operations, and sales teams. Prior to this, she held a variety of senior HR roles within the company, including HR Business Partner – Operations for Midlands & West Regions, and Head of HR – Sales, Operations & Distribution for the Plumbing & Heating Division, where she played a pivotal role in organizational design and leadership development.
Earlier in her career at Travis Perkins, Loren served as HR Business Partner – Sales & Operations, Assistant HR Business Partner for the Contract Merchanting Division, and HR Projects Advisor, contributing to multiple large-scale transformation initiatives and system implementations. Her HR journey began as Employee Relations Advisor at Travis Perkins Group and before that, as HR Assistant at Orchard House Foods.
