Warroad, Minnesota, United States, July 2025 – Renee Rice has been appointed as the new Vice President, Human Resources and Culture at Marvin, a leading manufacturer of premium window and door solutions. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping people strategies that align with Marvin’s long-term vision, leading strategic transformation initiatives, and fostering a transparent, engaging, and high-performing organizational culture.
Renee has been with Marvin for over four years, most recently serving as Senior Director, Communications and Culture. In that capacity, she led a high-impact team focused on the end-to-end employee experience—driving initiatives in employer marketing, DEI, internal communications, and people analytics. Prior to that, she served as Director of Internal Communications, where she developed and executed communication strategies to support cultural transformation and employee engagement.
She has also been a part of the Cornerstone Program Class of 2023 at WTW, an elite HR executive leadership initiative that equipped her with advanced capabilities in aligning HR with board-level decision-making, navigating economic uncertainty, and leveraging data for workforce strategy.
Before joining Marvin, Renee held leadership roles at Haberman, where she spent over 16 years as Public Relations Managing Director + Partner. She led multi-disciplinary teams and partnered with iconic brands like Musco Family Olive Co., Borden Dairy, Traditional Medicinals, and Annie’s, delivering award-winning internal and external communications, crisis management, executive branding, and integrated marketing strategies.
Earlier in her career, she managed communications for brands like Earthbound Farm, Organic Valley, and Mall of America, consistently driving brand impact through storytelling, media visibility, and internal engagement. Her cross-industry expertise has made her a unique leader at the intersection of culture, communication, and people strategy.
