In his new role, Botond Tallér will lead the overall human resources strategy at BioTechUSA, overseeing talent management, organizational development, HR digitalization, performance management, and employee engagement across the group’s growing global operations. Based in Budapest, he will play a key role in aligning people strategy with BioTechUSA’s business objectives as it expands across markets.

Botond Tallér has been with BioTechUSA since September 2024 and most recently served as People Operations Team Lead, where he was responsible for strengthening core HR operations and supporting organizational growth. His elevation to Chief Human Resources Officer reflects continuity in leadership and recognition of his contributions to building scalable HR processes within the organization.

Prior to joining BioTechUSA, he worked at Orbico Hungary as a Human Resources Generalist, where he led multiple HR digitization initiatives including e-signature solutions, payroll and time management systems, and learning management system localization. His responsibilities also included end-to-end recruitment, compensation, organizational development, performance management cycles, onboarding and exit processes, and internal communication.

Earlier in his career, Botond held progressively responsible HR roles at Auchan Retail Magyarország, serving as Human Resources Manager, Organization Development Manager, and Recruitment Specialist. Across these roles, he contributed to workforce planning digitization, cloud-based HR systems, performance evaluation projects, organizational redesign, and recruitment transformation initiatives. He began his professional journey in recruitment and coordination roles, gaining hands-on experience in HR administration, sourcing, and employee engagement.

His appointment underscores BioTechUSA’s focus on strengthening its people leadership as the organization continues its evolution from a family business into a global employer with a diverse and growing workforce.
